New layout for queue manager UI Now for big displays (tablets in horizontal and desktops) 3 columns layout enabled by defaults (managers see all columns at the same time) New color schema for positions cards Focus mode (top right corner, eye symbol) - will show tickets only assigning on you for Now calling and Serving columns. Pending will show your and unassigned tickets Added number of tickets for each column Added number of assigned ticket for each column Small screens got updated layout with tabs
 
External id configuration is added in Console. This property will be provided for queue for integration purpose Added special bookings hours logic Added new section in Console. You need specify date, period and custom capacity. If you want to disable something, just put capacity to 0. Warning: you have to keep intervals with the same range if it’s within the day. For blocking the whole day just put period like from 00:01 up to 23.00 and specify capacity to 0.
 In booking UI and api you will see selected dates with custom information
