Setup SignalR communication about position.
We strongly recommend using the SignalR SDKs .
For negotiation we use HubConnectionBuilder. The following negotiate endpoint we provide in withUrl method:

To establish a connection, utilize the HubConnectionBuilder for negotiation as described below:
