Create a Queue
Login in the Console
Select Virtual Queues in the left side menu. For creating a new queue we need to go to Settings tab.
Feature list:
Queue and occupancy - main features of queue system, most likely you want to enable them by default.
Booking - enables ability to provide link for you customers for booking specific time for visit.
Curbside pickup
Note: Please check user guides for more details on settings.
Main settings:
Logo url - please upload you logo into Files (Media library) and get the link from there (click Edit on the item and you’ll find the link)
Web push and sms - send push notifications. Works android devices, we use apple wallet as an option for iOS or sms notifications for others devices.
Notify extra pending position - when we need to notify customer that the person should leave soon.
Note: if you selected Enable SMS: Code - it should be a uniq code for the organisationPhone numbers should be setup by Ombori side, please reach them for help with
