Open the QR code scanner

Allow the app to use your device’s camera.

A camera view will open up. Bring the customer ticket inside the camera viewport so that the QR code is visible. This will automatically trigger the check in.

You will receive a notification once the ticket has been checked in, and then you will return to the camera view.
