Omni Visit Ticket updates

You will be notified of important status updates relating to your ticket via multiple channels (SMS, native phone notifications). In addition to that, the ticket page itself will update in real time.

  1. Default ticket state, customer is waiting to be called to approach the entrance (door, gate, desk, etc.)

  2. Customer is called to approach the entrance. At this point, the visitor can no longer customize the number of people who are joining them under that ticket.

  3. If the option to notify extra positions is enabled, customer(s) next in line will receive a notification that they will soon be called.

  4. Customer has been called, but didn’t approach the entrance. Their ticket was pushed back in the queue, and they will be called again at a later time.

  5. Customer was successfully checked in.

  6. Ticket was canceled.

  7. The queue is closed, and a ticket can’t be created.
