To create the ticket, scan the QR code on the poster or digital signage.

  1. Your web browser will open and you will see a “Create My Ticket” button. You must tap this button to create a ticket and join the queue.

  2. You will be prompted to add the ticket to Apple Wallet. This allows us to send push notifications and information on the queue status. Adding the Ticket to Apple Wallet is highly recommended.


If a Ticket is held in the Apple Wallet we will use push notifications as the primary communication method.

Updates and messages are also shown on the Web Browser Ticket.

If the customer adds the Ticket to their Apple Wallet, we will send them regular updates and instructions regarding the status of the queue using Push Notifications.
