Samsung TV with SSSP 5.0 or later, list of supported models can be found here.
If your model is not in the list, but is produced after 2019 then it is supported.
An installation created and set up in grid console.

Go to main menu and select ‘Play via’, ‘URL Launcher’
Press Home button and select ‘URL Launcher settings’
Select ‘Install Web App’, specify a URL:

The app should be installed and a QR 4-letter code will be shown shortly
Now you need to register your TV to your installation. Scan the QR code, a grid console will open. Fill in the form, specifying the installation to register the TV to.The QR Enter a 4-letter code in ‘create device’ window in grid console.
The 4-letter code will disappear and the app will download settings and start automatically.NOTE: If the QR code is still shown after the you have added your tv device to the grid console, try creating another build of your Installation - go to the builds tab and create a new build.
If the app is closed, go to the Home screen, and select ‘Ombori, URL Launcher’ to re-launch. The app will auto start when the screen is turned on if it was active when screen was shut down.
If the app is reinstalled (via ‘URL Launcher settings’ screen) the TV registration procedure will need to be done again.
