You can enable a feedback survey to be included on the customer tickets at the end of their journey. An API is provided that lets you retrieve this the data.

  1. The feedback card will appear on the final screen of the journey.

    1. Customer was checked in, feedback survey is available.

    2. The ticket was canceled, the feedback survey is still available.

  2. The feedback card initiates the feedback survey.

  3. When opened, the customer can give star ratings, and leave a custom message.

    1. Leave a star rating

    2. Leave a message

    3. Cancel and close the survey

    4. Send your feedback

  4. Feedback was successfully sent.

  5. The default ticket view after the feedback has been sent.
