  1. Enable/disable the feedback survey. This option allows you to enable a survey at the end of their queuing journey. An API is provided that lets you collect the feedback data.

  2. Select the language used for the feedback survey.

  3. Customize the rating field text.

  4. Customize the message that’s shown to the users.
