  1. Enable queue status update delivery via web notifications

  3. Enable registration will reveal the Registration flow, allowing you to collect user information before continuing on with the ticket creation for the user.

  4. Set average waiting time. This will let the users know how much they approximately have to wait, based on the number of people ahead of them (minutes get added up depending on the people ahead).
