  1. Analytics: removed Booking tab from Overview. Data is migrated to other tabs, please use Tickets page with “Bookings” filter for getting information about bookings.

  2. Analytics: added a new page with Bambuser Digital call analytics. Applied to digital calls only through Bambuser system

  3. Curbside: added ding dong sound settings - now you will be able to hear a sound when customer is approaching

  4. Multiple bug fixes and stabilizations

  5. Customizable SMS: added ability to customize “General (walk-in) ticket is issues” and “Called a ticket next” messages.

  6. Auto call next - works only with setup sensors + queue manager who is scanning the tickets. If there is some capacity, the next ticket will be notified to go in. Queue manager scan the ticket to go into, sensor increase actual amount of people in location

  1. New layout for queue manager UI

    1. Now for big displays (tablets in horizontal and desktops) 3 columns layout enabled by defaults (managers see all columns at the same time)

    2. New color schema for positions cards

    3. Focus mode (top right corner, eye symbol) - will show tickets only assigning on you for Now calling and Serving columns. Pending will show your and unassigned tickets

    4. Added number of tickets for each column

    5. Added number of assigned ticket for each column

    6. Small screens got updated layout with tabs

  2. External id configuration is added in Console. This property will be provided for queue for integration purpose

  3. Added special bookings hours logic

    1. Added new section in Console. You need specify date, period and custom capacity. If you want to disable something, just put capacity to 0. For blocking the whole day just put period like from 00:01 up to 23.00 and specify capacity to 0.

    2. In booking UI and api you will see selected dates with custom information
