Select the your organisation in the list
Select virtual queues in the list (scroll down until you react Virtual queues). You can find overview here, for Login in the Console
Select Virtual Queues in the left side menu. For creating a new queue we need to go to Settings tab.
Feature list:
Queue and occupancy - general Queue main features of queue system, most likely you want to enable them by default.
Booking - give you enables ability to provide link for you customers for booking specific time for visit. Curbrsidepickup - give you ability to schedule special meeting with customers for preparing packages by specific time. More information you can find in user guide, please ask Ombori’s managers for it.

Main settings:
Logo url - please upload you logo into Files (Media library) and get the link from there (click Edit on the item and you’ll find the link)
Web push and sms - send push notifications. Works android devices, we use apple wallet as an option for iOS or sms notifications for others devices.
Notify extra pending position - when we need to notify customer that the person should leave soon.
Note: if you selected Enable SMS: Code - it should be a uniq code for the organisationPhone numbers should be setup by Ombori side, please reach them for help with
