  1. Go to console: https://console.omborigrid.com/grid/organisations

  2. Select the your organisation in the list

  3. Select virtual queues in the list (scroll down until you react Virtual queues). You can find overview here, for creating a new queue we need to go to Settings tab.

Feature list:

  1. Queue and occupancy - general Queue system, most likely you want to enable them by default.

  2. Booking - give you ability to provide link for you customers for booking specific time for visit.

  3. Curbrsidepickup - give you ability to schedule special meeting with customers for preparing packages by specific time. More information you can find in user guide, please ask Ombori’s managers for it.

Note: Please use user guide for filling fields if you don’t know what should be there. Ask Ombori’s managers or Alexey Khorev for this.

Main settings:

  1. Web push and sms - send push notifications. Works android devices, we use apple wallet as an option for iOS or sms notifications for others devices.

  2. Notify extra pending position - when we need to notify customer that the person should leave soon.
    Note: if you selected Enable SMS: Code - it should be a uniq code for the organisation

  3. Phone numbers should be setup by Ombori side, please reach them for help with


  4. In the right panel you can find some useful links

We have different environments: queue.EU (or dev, or qa). Dev or qa could has lack of some features.

How open the queue?

  1. Open Queue manager (link in top right corner)

  2. Use pin for entering (check previous page with setting)

  3. Settings (top right)

4. Enable the queue

Roles in the Console:

  1. Admin and sys admin. Only these roles can create a new queue

  1. Editor can change setting for view

  1. Viewer can check setting without changing + overview
