Create a Queue

  1. Login in the Console

  2. Select Virtual Queues in the left side menu. For creating a new queue we need to go to Settings tab.

Feature list:

  1. Queue and occupancy - main features of queue system, most likely you want to enable them by default.

  2. Booking - enables ability to provide link for you customers for booking specific time for visit.

  3. Curbside pickup

Note: Please check user guides for more details on settings.

Main settings:

  1. Logo url - please upload you logo into Files (Media library) and get the link from there (click Edit on the item and you’ll find the link)

     

     

  2. Web push and sms - send push notifications. Works android devices, we use apple wallet as an option for iOS or sms notifications for others devices.

  3. Notify extra pending position - when we need to notify customer that the person should leave soon.
    Note: if you selected Enable SMS: Code - it should be a uniq code for the organisation

     

  4. Phone numbers should be setup by Ombori side, please reach them for help with

How open the queue?

  1. Open Queue manager (link in top right corner)

     

  2. Use pin for entering (check previous page with setting)

  3. Settings (top right)

 

4. Enable (open) the queue
