Queue Calendar

Calendar view lets you quickly and easily see and manage upcoming booked visits.

  1. Current day indicator

  2. Scroll vertically to browse the timeline in hours

  3. Scroll horizontally to browse the the days of the week

  4. Current time indicator

  5. Timeslot with booked visit

    1. For past and active bookings, the ticket number is shown

    2. For future bookings, ticket number has not been created yet

    3. If multiple tickets are created under the same timeslot, we show the total number of tickets within that timeslot

  6. Search the calendar by phone number for a specific booking

    1. Start entering the phone number

    2. A list will appear with matching phone numbers. View the booking directly from the list.

  7. Expanded booking details, single booking in a timeslot

    1. If the ticket is active, you can see the ticket number

    2. Customer phone number lets you reach the customer quickly

  8. Expanded booking details, multiple bookings in a timeslot

    1. You can cancel a ticket that isn’t yet active
