Manage a customer

  1. The number this ticket has in the queue.

  2. How long this ticket had to wait.

  3. How many people are registered under this ticket (only available if you enable the option to have multiple visitors per ticket).

  4. Cancel this ticket: Permanently remove this number from the queue.

  5. Retry this ticket: If the customer doesn’t show, send the ticket back into the queue to try again soon.

  6. Check in this ticket: Allow the customer to enter the store and move them into the "Number of customers inside the store" card.
