Manually add or remove customers from the store - Omni Visit

Use this option to manually keep track of customers in the store without a queue.

You can use this option if several people arrive under a single ticket, though if this is something that you foresee happening, it is recommended that you enable the option to register multiple people under a single ticket in console - option is available separately for walk-in tickets (item #10) and prebooked tickets (item #4).

  1. The only action required to add a person to the store manually is to tap the plus button.

  2. Remove people from the store.
