To join a queue a ticket must be created. Either by:
Scanning the QR code: on a poster or digital signage (Device Tickets) or
Manually texting: The Queue ID to the phone number on the poster in front of the store (SMS Tickets).
No matter how a ticket is created – Device or SMS style ticket – the ticket is the same. The difference is how it is viewed and how we send communications.
The queue is joined in the same way and at the same place.
