  7. Set a booking mode

    1. Default - Usual booking user flow. Customer arrives at the location, waits to be called to the entrance, and then gets checked in

    2. Auto call ticket forward - Booked tickets are automatically towards the entrance as soon as their visitation timeslot starts. Customers only need to be checked in

    3. Auto check-in ticket - Customers only have to arrive at the location at the booked time. They are automatically called towards the entrance, and automatically checked in, as soon as their timeslot begins.

  8. Address line lets you set an address for the location, that will show up on the booking confirmation page

  9. Set the number of bookings a single visitor can make during a day. Setting it to 0 means no restrictions.

  13. You can set specific hours used for booking, separate from your usual working hours. Left unchecked, this means that you allow booking during your working hours.

    1. If enabled, this option lets you set multiple from-to values, allowing you to create breaks in bookings, or simply manage capacity of the bookings during different times of the day.

    2. You can add separate capacity levels for different booking values. This allows you to completely take control of how many booking you want to be allowed during certain hours. Left blank, this value will fall back to the default timeslot capacity value.
