Booking link generator

If the booking system isn’t directly integrated into your e-commerce solution or the link isn’t sent with the purchase email, you can manually generate links to let the customers book a timeslot for picking up their orders.

1. Access the Link Generator by selecting the “plus” icon in the header menu

2. Set the earliest pickup time

3. Set the latest pickup time. Combined with the previous entry, this creates a time window for the customer to create a timeslot that works for them.

4. Set an order identifier – It can be the order number

5. Add an optional note

6. Enter the customer’s phone number

7. Select the “Generate Link” button

8. Copy the generated link and send it to the customer manually

9. Send the link directly to the customer via the previously entered phone number
