Confirm a pickup
Once the customer arrives at the store, they need to confirm their arrival and send their parking spot number. This change is directly reflected on the Dashboard, with the orders ready to be picked up being especially highlighted.
Customer note – usually the parking location
Verification code – compare this with the customer’s phone to make sure you have the right order
Once everything’s confirmed, select the “Confirm pickup” button, and the order status will shift from “ready to pick up to” to the previously processed category.
